After taking over an unused warehouse the existing smoke ventilation system had not been maintained for several years, Smoke control Systems where engaged to service & repair, the compressor system, louver vents and leaking pipe work. The introductions of a new mezzanine floor also required the conversion of some existing vent to be operated for both day to day ventilation as well as smoke ventilation.
