Smoke Control Systems worked closely the main and electrical contractor to install two powered shaft systems during a conversion from commercial to residential use above Wallington Square Shopping Centre. Each system comprised of a pressure controlled powered shaft with damper and grille assemblies at each floor level and a control panel with dual power supply monitoring and change over.
